PALELY LOITERING

This lovely translucent skin from the Ugly Duck shop is an exclusive charity benefit item at the Culture Shock event. As I wear it here it looks fairly normal, but there is also an included "alien" textured skin and a scary looking set of eyes that I look forward to using for roleplay. The cream and roses complexion made me think of wearing Ms. Ennui's set of jewels. Using the texture change controls you can color the metals, pearls, flowers, ribbon, and even the lace. I love the flexibility.

I love the brocade and lace textures on the white. It is so hard to pull off white clothing! I had already purchased the blouse from Sur, and the wrap top and miniskirt are gifts from Ivey Deschanel.

CYBER AT NIGHT

Insilico has become a premiere Cyber spot. Looking back I remember when it was a fifth of the size it is today. Every time I visit it has grown and changed.

These days there is a new cybernetic tender at the Blue Ant.

Some things never change though ... if you leave the well lit central area and explore the back alleys and lower levels, be prepared to take care of yourself ...

... And have the common sense not to go where you don't belong.
(Unless you are looking for trouble?)

Many beautiful spots hidden around this station, if you take the time to look. This time I stumbled across a fantastic arboretum.

(INSILICO is a roleplaying sim with shopping, but you may visit to explore and take pictures. The genre is futuristic with human and cyborg inhabitants. I was just there for photos, but I was bending the milieu with my pointy ears and hooves, and would have to dress differently to roleplay. If you want more than one visit, get a combat meter and read the rules.)

HAPPY MOMENT

I was poking around feeling blah, clickety clack, ho hum, whatever ... when I wandered into this shop and saw this sweater jacket. Don't get me wrong, I don't believe in shopping therapy, but I stood there for a minute and there was this odd blend of nostalgia and whimsy. I bought it and ran off to find something fun.

KITTY GONE CYBER

This hair is a fabulous chunky do, blocky with no hint of flexi, like a helmet, with a digital marquee of oriental characters orbiting round the cranium. Much more incredible in world than in still photographs. I have other cat eyes but these silvery eyes are startling and go well with the metallic bodysuit and cybernetics.

Whether your cybernetic improvements are necessary replacements after an accident, or optional upgades, they make this kitty powerful for work, play or battle.

The tail and ears change on touch to several colors and twitch occasionally to show your mood.

And the boots. Damn.
