IT AIN'T EASY BEING GREEN

I have purchased a few other spooky goodies at Horrorfest, but I also wanted to show some love to the gacha and hunt side of the event. Even if you are on a tight budget, you should go drop a few coins in the gacha and the 1L hunt. For example, Contraption made this creepy crown. If you didn't look at it closely you may not have noticed that the arrows go INTO my head. It also includes a bloody head tattoo that I am not wearing here, because it interfered with the clown makeup.



Mia Snow's clown makeup is a college course in creepy. Is it just me, or are clowns one of the ickiest inventions ever? The cosmetic package includes several other versions.

AT THE END OF NORMAL

For the rest of October, my plan is to become progressively less "normal" in honor of Halloween. Did I mention how much I love Halloween?  ... This pretty monotone taupe outfit is straightforward enough. The whole outfit is mesh. Well, the LeeZu dress is a pair of system pants plus a rigged mesh flap that covers front and back. The pattern lines up pretty well in normal use but stretch a bit crazily in some poses. The Fri.day jacket is lovely and detailed, and Schadenfreude's pretty ribboned shoes.



This shawl-collared jacket holds its shape pretty well in odd poses. I was especially impressed with the collar. It stands beautifully.



I am descending into Halloween Madness as I write! The eyes are going first. These are Mia Snow's eyes available in four colors at the Halloween event on Twomoons Island.

pps. I realized after selecting photos that I didn't post any that showed the fab elf ears. You can see them here. They come with a nice HUD that comes with several skincolor presets plus you can save a few of your own, and you can change the colors on the ear cuffs and feathers.

HAUNTED PINUP

I don't model lingerie much, but the new silentsparrow "Fledermaus" tattoo inspired me! The playful bats and frothy curlicues frolic all over. Use your imagination, or go get your own. ha. ... The package also includes a second tattoo without curlicues, just bats.

I gushed about this MiaSnow skin before, and it's still gorgeous. There are several other versions of the "Dahlia" skins with different makeups and damage. This "Nephra" hair by Gauze is similar to their popular "Destroy" hair but fuller, messier and less symmetrical.

I love contrasting this cheesecake pinup pose and modest lingerie with the devilish hair and wings.
